pip安装包错误

miniconda自带的python3.8 在使用pip安装包的时候报错

解决方案

将conda的安装目录下的

\Library\bin\libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll
\Library\bin\libssl-1_1-x64.dll

复制到\DLLs目录下
