      投的ICMA2023论文昨天被接收了，会议投稿的key words有25个，主要有 Intelligent Mechatronics and Application、 Intelligent Biomedical Instrument Technology、Manipulator Control and Manipulation、 Mobile Robot System、Signal and Image Processing等，方向从自动化到机器人到图像处理蛮广泛的，出版社是美国电子电气工程出版社（IEEE），论文录用后会被EI收录，IEEE注册等所有费用在四千左右。官网：Home - IEEE ICMA 2023

      整个Important Dates如下：

      2023.4.10截稿，4.9 投递，but截稿ddl延期到4.24；5.15接收/拒稿通知；6.1上传终稿；8.6-8.9哈尔滨开会。

      一开始看不懂作者栏应该怎么排布，下载2022届论文集发现每篇的排布方式也不一样。

     最后终于看明白，来自同一单位的作者写在同一栏的第一行，第二行是学院，第三行学校，第四行通讯地址，最后一行是每一位作者的联系邮箱。

     官网作者工作区可以下载Acceptance Letter，联系邮箱里可以看到审稿意见。

     这个会议的论文格式要求比较严格，从官网到论文内容都要求的比较接近英文写作体系很原汁原味，而且论文录用后要在系统里除了Final paper以外，还有IEEE Xplore compliance e-mail、Copyright form、Digest PPT、Poster PPT等这些材料。其中IEEE PDF eXpress网站进行格式审查报错，说未嵌入新罗马字体等，通过这篇博客提供的步骤解决了：IEEE PDF格式检查_ieee格式检查_long_xuan123的博客-CSDN博客
